Ozone helps create the most clear, most sanitary water imaginable. Ozone works fast and produces no harmful side effects. Ozonation is a highly safe and effective way to oxidize and sanitize the water. Thus, 50-80% less chlorine and other chemicals will be used.
HOW IT WORKS:
The proven MAX-ZONE system uses a special UV system to convert oxygen into ozone gas, then introduce it into the pool's circulation system using a patented venturi injection system. Fresh, natural ozone gas continually bubbles into the pool's water while the circulation system is on. There is no worry about "over-ozonation" as unused ozone reverts back to oxygen in the atmosphere.
EASY INSTALLATION:
The MAX-ZONE system comes complete. The MAX-ZONE unit can be mounted indoors or outdoors on a wall or fence next to the pump & filter system. It uses a tiny amount of electricity and plugs into a standard 120v receptacle. The by-pass venturi injection system comes with the unit and is easily installed using a drill, a knife, and a screwdriver.
TROUBLE-FREE, EASY TO OPERATE:
There are virtually no moving parts. The MAX-ZONE system is reliable with no regular maintenance required. No adjustments are needed, just turn it on and let it begin injecting fresh ozone into your pool's circulation system.
OTHER CHEMICAL USE:
Ozone has no effect on pH and is the strongest oxidizer for pools. Maintain only 1 ppm of chlorine residual (this is the same level that comes out of your drinking water tap!) as a backup to the MAX-ZONE system. With MAX-ZONE, shocking is done every 2 weeks, rather than weekly! Use an algaecide weekly for algae prevention.
